2018 Entrepreneur Challenge

We want to take advantage of this space to give our deepest gratitude to La Obra Social La Caixa and Avianca, who develop a week of training dedicated to youth entrepreneurship around the world each year.

This year, a group of 8 young people and 2 teachers from Quibdó and Cartagena traveled to Barcelona to participate in a week of learning and sharing called Desafío Emprende. There, the children had the opportunity to present entrepreneurship projects which they themselves had developed, before a highly qualified jury. The group of teachers and the jury gave them feedback to enhance their proposals so that the students can further develop these proposals in the future.

During this week of workshops and talks, the students received not only a great deal of academic learning, but also, a wonderful opportunity for cultural exchange. This was undoubtedly a highly rewarding experience for them.

We are very proud of the excellent participation and endeavors of the students! We also thank La Caixa for this great opportunity, and Avianca for taking us to fulfill this dream.
